Orion Parts to Orion Internal Transfers

Both kinds of row are generated automatically - there is no manual create step. Stock at cost: Orion sold Wholesale/Orion Parts hidden stock on a parts sale. Orion Parts sale proceeds: a ORNP-billed sale was paid online through Orion's Stripe account (Orion Parts has no Stripe account of its own); Orion owes Orion Parts the net proceeds - the sale less Stripe's fee, refunds and disputes - kept current as payments, refunds and disputes arrive, one row per sale. Reimbursement is recorded here and never changes the customer invoice.
